How Remote Estimating Works

  1. 01
    Send the documents. PDF drawings, specifications, addenda, and your bid date, as files or a project link.
  2. 02
    Scope and schedule confirmed. A delivery date is set against your bid date before work starts.
  3. 03
    Takeoff and pricing. Built in ConEst on a NECA Manual of Labor Units basis, with material from Trimble Trade Service and local supplier quotes.
  4. 04
    Estimate review. The completed estimate is walked through in detail on a Microsoft Teams meeting.

Work is performed remotely. Site walks and pre-bid meetings in the NJ / NY Metro area are available on request and billed separately.
